Jack to allow a young couple, Simon and Flic, to move in, but it becomes clear that Marcia, Flic’s mother, is doing her best to separate the couple.  Susie summons her Guardian Angel but when she arrives, she is far from the angelic figure one would expect. She tells Jack he can help Simon to write his book but her unorthodox method creates much confusion. Christmas arrives, together with a snowstorm and Flic's baby. A moment of crisis finds Jack doing something that no atheist could ever admit to. But will it help . . . ?
